Bye, Bye Worklets; Hello Hub
As Workday is planning to retire the Benefits Worklet / App, it is time for clients to move to the Benefits and Pay Hub. Avaap’s Workday Application Management Services (AMS) team encourages users to move towards this configuration now so your employees can get used to the new placement of the Hub and all it has to offer.
What is the Benefits and Pay Hub?
Workday introduced the Benefits and Pay Hub in September 2022, providing a single location for employees to conveniently review and maintain their benefits, compensation, and payroll information, and to access related reports. The Hub is much more dynamic and offers the same benefits that the worklets did, plus an enhanced user interface and navigation experience for self-service. The Hub offers the added ability to see a total rewards statement at the same time.

Step-by-step configuration instructions for Benefits and Pay Hub can be found in this video in the Workday Community What’s New Posts. Configuration should take about 10 minutes.
Insider Pro-tip: There is an extra step to remove the Worklet or App from Maintain Dashboards. You should run the task “Remove Worklet from Dashboards” to remove the old worklets from all dashboards.
